Bromley Experts by Experience (X by X Bromley) is a registered charity governed by a Board of Trustees. Being a Trustee is a volunteer role which involves ensuring that the charity operates effectively and achieves its charitable purposes. Trustees are responsible for the charity’s overall governance, strategy and compliance with the law. Trustees support the Senior Management Team in making key decisions about the charity’s direction, activities and finances. Trustees work together as a board, making decisions collectively and sharing responsibility for the charity’s success.
