Youth Transition Project

Five-year funding from the National Lottery Community Fund to work with Deaf and Disabled people aged 16-25 in Bromley to co-produce activities that build skills, confidence and independence as they navigate their transition to adulthood.

Activities include:

Weekly workshops in secondary schools and colleges across Bromley
Holiday events
Youth Forum for Deaf and Disabled people
Volunteering opportunities
Representation on our Trustee Board
Co-developing accessible safeguarding materials
